TINY BUT BRAINY (July 9, 2019)

The brontosaurus shape of my writings gives me shivers from time to time. But its head, which is still being shaped, gratifies me most. Behold, tiny but brainy.

Addendum (July 11, 2019)

This is a bit like explaining a joke, but here I go nonetheless. Judging by the number of pieces and words written per year, my Residua is thin on both ends and much thicker in the middle (“My New Theory,” October 19, 2014). In addition, the head of the beast is on the near end whereas its tail is on the far end (“My New New Theory,” February 4, 2019). Addenda and citata provide its intricate nervous system that interlaces all the pieces written to date (“Addenda, citata,” July 15, 2014; and “Citata, addenda,” December 20, 2017). In short, the beast’s brain is where the fun actually is. Most important, I will keep shaping it till my last breath. No matter how few pieces and words will be written in the years yet to come, they will be crucial for the comprehension and appreciation of my magnum opus from start to finish. There, the joke explained. My sincere apologies for all the mindboggling detail.
