The fourth issue of The Jackdaw arrived yesterday. Once again, I read it from cover to cover in one sitting. And I almost pissed myself laughing. If you suffer from depression on account of the art world, as I do, I am sure your doctor will prescribe David Lee’s comic relief for you. At a subscription rate of twenty-five pounds per year, even the National Health Service will agree to pay for the only fast-acting antidote to this form of depression known to man and woman.
