If only, indeed. God I miss often enough, and I like boasting about it whenever an opportunity arises. What a joy it would be to sit down face-to-face and start talking in earnest. As well as to eventually let one’s feelings rip… For the motherfucker ought to know a thing or two about this botch-up that goes by the name of vaunted creation. Creation, my ass. Hubris or not, though, all this is but idle talk. God is a human creation, and a silly one at that. And there is nobody one can blame for anything at all. Nature you cannot talk to, let alone face to face. Alas, the very idea of hubris is nothing if not hubris itself. Hubris squared, as it were.
