The sun is so intense and the air so warm, one would bet it was June rather than April. No matter how much one attempts to adjust for climate change, even in its most dramatic guise, one is surprised again and again by what actually comes to pass. When will the surprises end, or at least taper off? God only knows, but I now wonder about the coming July and August. If it is high summer already, how will the real summer feel?
